  @JStanleyFX @FOREXcom I have fearlessly longed EUR/USD many times and it went fine. EUR/USD is bullish But I don't know what happened to JPY quoted pairs that made it crash massively breaking Many valid support levels. Both USD/JPY, GBP/JPY etc, all experience the crash. Tell me if you know why

  @FOREXcom You really need to improve all your platforms. They all crashed today morning when CPI was out. All platforms, including the web one, and the mobile app crashed for about 20 minutes!! Awful service.

  The client is seeking compensation from @FOREXcom for the loss. FxGecko has sent the complaint to FOREXcom but has not received a reply yet. FxGecko data shows that @FOREXcom currently has 50 customer complaints, 34 of which have been replied to and 1 has been resolved. #forex
