    @XM_COM Extremely disappointed with @XM_COM. I made two deposits via UPI more than a week ago, but the funds are still not reflected in my account. Despite raising a complaint, there has been no resolution. Please credit the funds ASAP. Account ID: 420157159 #XM #XMBroker

    @XM_COM I made a ₹8000 deposit today morning via UPI, but it still hasn’t been credited to my trading account. I already raised a support ticket bt haven’t received a resolution yet. Ticket ID: W2OS3H Please check the UPI deposit status and resolve this issue as soon as possible

    @XM_COM I have been waiting since May 15 for the resolution of a PIX deposit issue. The funds left my bank account successfully, all requested documents were provided, and XM confirmed the case is under investigation (cases ZK7LWU and 10E2BK).

    @XM_COM I have taken complete screenshots of the entire deposit process from beginning to end, including the XM app process, the third-party payment gateway, the individual QR code generated, payment confirmation, and submitted UTR proof. As a customer, I trusted XM while making this deposit. If, even after following all the required steps correctly, my deposit is lost or not credited, I will be forced to take legal action against XM and all parties involved in this payment process. Customers should not suffer because of delays or issues caused by third-party PSP systems used by the broker. I request XM to resolve this matter urgently and provide full transparency regarding customer deposits.

    @XM_COM Many emails to support and compliance, consistent follow up on live chat.. end result is silence, how much more pathetic a support service be?????? Weekend doesnt mean a mistake done by someone with in xm cant be resolved….. i m done with xm

    @XM_COM I've never seen such a terrible app in my life. I've tried changing my password 20 times, and as soon as I exit the app, I get a password error. XM is a complete disappointment.
