  @XM_COM Its been 2 months im constantly uploading different proofs of my payment. All the proofs that can be possible I uploaded. Still customer support is not replying. Its very stressful and anxious for me. If you want to keep the money then directly say please. Be clear.

  Your actions have directly resulted in my bank account being frozen. Regarding the withdrawal I made on March 5, a fraud claim has been raised by someone from your side against that transaction. As a direct consequence, my bank account has been frozen, causing me significant financial inconvenience and distress. What is even more unacceptable is the delay in your investigation. I do not understand why it is taking your team so long to investigate and resolve an issue that has already had such serious consequences for me. I expect your team to treat this matter as an urgent priority, provide me with a clear explanation of what happened, and take immediate steps to resolve the issue and have my account unfrozen. I cannot be expected to bear the consequences of a dispute or fraud claim originating from your side.   Hi @XM_COM , I deposited ₹9,333 today via Google Pay (UPI), but the amount has not been credited to my XM account despite the payment being successful. I've already shared my XM Account ID, UTR, and payment screenshot with support. Please look into this urgently. Thank you.
