As a customer, I trusted XM while making this deposit. If, even after following all the required steps correctly, my deposit is lost or not credited, I will be forced to take legal action against XM and all parties involved in this payment process. Customers should not suffer because of delays or issues caused by third-party PSP systems used by the broker. I request XM to resolve this matter urgently and provide full transparency regarding customer deposits.
